Tom's vision extends far beyond exceptional food; it's about creating restaurants that foster community, celebrate creativity and deliver unforgettable experiences. Our flagship restaurant, the two Michelin-starred Restaurant Story, continues to set the benchmark for the group, celebrating over a decade of excellence following an extensive refurbishment and the addition of an upstairs dining room with outdoor seating.
In March 2023, we opened Story Cellar, a Parisian-inspired rotisserie and wine bar in Neal's Yard, Seven Dials, bringing relaxed yet refined dining to the heart of Covent Garden.
In 2023, Tom also partnered with 1 Hotel Mayfair to launch Dovetale. While no longer part of the HiStory Hospitality portfolio, the restaurant remains an important chapter in our journey and reflects our continued ambition to collaborate on world-class hospitality projects.
2026 marked another exciting milestone for the business with the opening of MOR, in partnership with the Carbis Bay Estate in Cornwall, and The Penn at Stoke Park, further expanding the group's collection of distinctive hospitality destinations.
Alongside our restaurants, Tom continues to work closely with a number of leading brands and partners throughout the year on consultancy, special events, private dining experiences and creative collaborations. These projects are delivered through our events and experiences business, Once Upon A Time, which launched in 2020. As HiStory Hospitality continues to evolve, we remain committed to our founding values of authenticity, creativity and sustainability. Every venue, partnership and project is driven by the same ambition: to create exceptional hospitality delivered by passionate people.
