About Us

Tom Sellers launched Once Upon A Time in 2020. Once Upon A Time provides a complete solution to event catering, with a service that illustrates the passion that the team have for hospitality and the industry as a whole.

The ethos is simple; ingredient-led cooking with menus designed by one of the UK’s leading chefs, Tom Sellers. Working with a group of trusted suppliers to create events that operate effectively with unrivalled quality and delivery.

Once Upon a time offers clients the chance to create their own narrative, to tell their through food. The team have created beautiful, bespoke events across the globe.

Additionally the events team currently have a service contract with Tottenham Hotspur Football club, supplying a bespoke fine dining experience to all guests in the Chairman's Suite at all Spurs home games as well as NFL, Boxing and concerts at the stadium.

Ongoing F&B services are currently provided to F1, Bang & Olufsen, Maddox Gallery and long term partner Rolls Royce.
