HiStory Hospitality are seeking a warm and enthusiastic Breakfast Host to join the opening team of a new luxury destination within a stunning country estate in Buckinghamshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a launch team, delivering exceptional morning service in a beautiful countryside environment with a strong focus on hospitality, guest experience and attention to detail.
Breakfast Host Requirements
- Friendly and motivated Breakfast Host with experience in hospitality, restaurants, cafés or luxury hotel environments.
- A natural host who enjoys welcoming guests and creating a positive start to their day through attentive and genuine service.
- Strong understanding of breakfast service, including greeting guests, seating, managing reservations and supporting the flow of service.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with guests in a warm, professional and personable manner.
- Ability to work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth and efficient breakfast operations.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards, including menu knowledge, dietary requirements and allergens.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask during busy breakfast periods.
- Professional presentation and attention to detail in both service and restaurant setup.
- A proactive and positive attitude, always willing to support the wider team where needed.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends and holidays as required in a hospitality environment.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
- Warm, humble and professional approach to service.

Tom Sellers
Hailing from Nottingham, Tom Sellers is a two Michelin-starred Chef who opened his first restaurant, Restaurant Story, at 26. At launch, Tom’s unique approach garnered significant critical acclaim, being awarded a Michelin Star just five months after opening, with a second star following in 2021.
Tom learned his craft from some of the world’s most influential chefs and spent time working alongside the likes of Tom Aikens in London, Thomas Keller at three Michelin-starred Per Se in New York, and René Redzepi at two Michelin-starred Noma in Copenhagen, all before the age of 21.
Story Cellar, a Parisian-inspired rotisserie-style restaurant, opened in 2023 to much critical acclaim, followed by Dovetale at 1 Hotel Mayfair, where the restaurant offers a sustainably minded, produce-led à la carte menu of reimagined European classics, bolstered by dishes cooked over the grill and an abundant raw bar.
