PASTA CHEF – PRESTIGIOUS HOSPITALITY VENUE | CENTRAL LONDON


A world-renowned international hospitality group is seeking a skilled and passionate Pasta Chef to join the kitchen team at a newly launched, high-end restaurant situated within a luxury hotel in Central London.

This is a rare opportunity to be part of a flagship opening, delivering exceptional cuisine in a refined and innovative culinary environment.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Manage a specific section of the kitchen and ensure consistent preparation and presentation of dishes
  • Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to maintain high culinary standards
  • Follow recipes and plating guidelines to ensure uniformity and excellence
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in your section, adhering to all hygiene and safety protocols
  • Train and mentor junior team members within your section
  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste reduction as required
  • Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal updates


IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:


  • 2+ years’ experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef ready to step up
  • Background in high-end, fine dining, or luxury hospitality environments
  • Strong technical cooking skills and a passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients
  • Highly organised, with the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
  • Positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety best practices
  • Experience in a pre-opening or new launch environment is a plus
