PASTA CHEF – PRESTIGIOUS HOSPITALITY VENUE | CENTRAL LONDON
A world-renowned international hospitality group is seeking a skilled and passionate Pasta Chef to join the kitchen team at a newly launched, high-end restaurant situated within a luxury hotel in Central London.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage a specific section of the kitchen and ensure consistent preparation and presentation of dishes
- Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to maintain high culinary standards
- Follow recipes and plating guidelines to ensure uniformity and excellence
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in your section, adhering to all hygiene and safety protocols
- Train and mentor junior team members within your section
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste reduction as required
- Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal updates
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- 2+ years’ experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef ready to step up
- Background in high-end, fine dining, or luxury hospitality environments
- Strong technical cooking skills and a passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Highly organised, with the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
- Positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety best practices
- Experience in a pre-opening or new launch environment is a plus
