HiStory Hospitality are seeking a personable and professional Clubhouse Server to deliver exceptional service across both the dining room and bar within a prestigious clubhouse environment. This role is focused on creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for members and guests throughout the day, ensuring attentive and seamless service across breakfast, lunch, casual dining, and bar operations.
The successful candidate will be confident working across both floor and bar service, supporting the wider front-of-house team to maintain high standards of hospitality and guest experience at all times.
Clubhouse Server Requirements
- Previous experience as a Server, Waiter/Waitress, or Bartender within a luxury hotel, private members’ club, golf clubhouse, restaurant, or high-end hospitality environment
- Confident delivering both restaurant floor service and bar service in a professional and friendly manner
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages, with a willingness to continue learning
- Ability to manage multiple tables and bar guests efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- A warm and engaging personality with excellent communication and guest-relations skills
- Comfortable working across breakfast, lunch, and casual clubhouse dining services
- Ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit front-of-house team in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organised, proactive, and calm under pressure during busy service periods
- Strong understanding of service standards, cleanliness, and health & safety procedures
- Flexible and adaptable, with a hands-on attitude and willingness to support different areas of the clubhouse operation

Tom Sellers
Hailing from Nottingham, Tom Sellers is a two Michelin-starred chef who opened his first restaurant, Restaurant Story, at just 26. His distinctive approach earned a Michelin star within five months of opening, followed by a second star in 2021.
Tom trained with some of the world’s most influential chefs, including Tom Aikens in London, Thomas Keller at the three Michelin-starred Per Se, and René Redzepi at the two Michelin-starred Noma — all before the age of 21.
More recently, Tom opened Story Cellar, a Parisian-inspired rotisserie restaurant, followed by Dovetale at 1 Hotel Mayfair, offering a sustainably driven, produce-led menu of reimagined European classics.
